CloserIQ – Talent Advisor

Job Description

CloserIQ is looking for Talent Advisors to attract, engage and onboard top sales talent to the rapidly growing CloserIQ network. You’ll be joining a small team of sales leaders, technologists, and growth hackers as a “sports agent” for the top revenue generators in the tech community.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify top sales talent using our proprietary sourcing tools and CRM.
• Clearly articulate CloserIQ’s talent program to interested candidates.
• Manage a candidate pipeline and ensure they have an amazing experience.
• Stay up to date on latest tech sales news, and career development best practices.
• Update CRM data and constantly improve our on-boarding experience.

Requirements

• A self-motivated, articulate, scrappy, high EQ, and hard working attitude
• 0.5+ years of previous B2C sales or recruiting experience.
• Tech savvy, highly productive and can crush many tasks at the same time.
• Values personal growth and career development above anything else.
